In order to avoid double bookings and charges, please submit your registration request once.

Terms of payment for registration fees

All payments should be made in Euros without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that the late registration fee will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. A confirmation and invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be paid on-site.

Confirmation of Participation    

When the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter, which should be presented at the Registration Desk.


Certificate of Attendance

Registered participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration should be in writing to the ISC headquarters. For every written cancellation received before September 27th, 2011, 50% of the registration fee, will be refunded. No refund thereafter. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the 16th ISC Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.

 

Currency

All Congress Fees are calculated in Euros. Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the ISC headquarters to avoid being charged the late registration fee.
